  • So... We drive and drive and drive...sometimes 20-36 hours straight to get to your event. Ok... just being in the truck that long makes you crazy..sore, stiff and grumpy...you agree? How do you feel driving all night and only sleeping a max of 4 hours at a time? Us too!
We have a couple of Respectable Requirement:

    1.A Hotel with Internet!

    2. Minimum MOTEL 6 (you know..We will Leave the Light On)

    3. We will Put our own Credit Card up for Incidentals. We are not Rock Stars... so if something happens at the Hotel... it is our Credit Card ..Not Yours!

4.(x2) Bikes = 1 Room Double or Triple Occupancy with at least 2 Queen size beds! NO SMOKING ROOMS. We will have 2 riders and a door guy.

    5.( x3) Bikes = 2 Rooms Double Occupancy with 2 Queen Beds.
NO SMOKING ROOMS. We will have 3 riders and a door guy.

    6. Stunt Girl: If the optional Stunt Girl is hired. She will need her own room. She has a Moral clause in the Globe Rider talent contract.

    7. The Event Promoter Needs to Pay for PARKING if there are Local Parking Fees (like NYC, Chicago, Philly, Los Angeles, or at the Event Center like Anehiem Convention Center)

    8. How Many Days do you need to get us a room? (Say your event is Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Our Set Up Day is Thursday... We Need a room/s Thursday Night, Friday Night, Saturday Night and Sunday Night! Checking out on Monday morning!

    9. If for some reason a client forgets/overlooks (corporate) to pay for our Hotel and I have to pay for it. (Assuming they are going to re-imburse me) I will not fill out a 1099 Misc for the re-imbursement! Your company shall keep the reciept and use that as the reciept. No Exceptions.

    10. In Some cases we are willing to pay the additional upgrade to be in a Nicer place! We are Not picky... just tired of Cheap Promoters who want to save a Penny at our expense. We are willing to work with you... it is just too dangerous to be exhausted and perform a deadly stunt act...and have to worry about safety and security. please understand.

NOTE: but if you Put us in a crappy place... because it was $35.00 a night and Our Bikes, truck or equipment gets stolen or damaged or TOWED (No Over sized Parking) and there was a Marriott or Holiday Inn or something a little better in a better area... then...you take that chance! It is your event and we are your Attraction.

Also: Don't put us 40 miles away from the event! because we will charge you $1.00 a mile for every mile over 25 Miles from the event...Thank Mr. BUSH for the Diesel Price increase.

Has it happened? YUP! Once we were put in a Hotel 40 miles away, did we charge them for the fuel increase...YUP! He was getting that Hotel for $29.00 and it was only $46.00 for the one 2 miles away!

And Once we Had a Motel near the event... but had no Telephone... no Air condition (Swamp Cooler) and it had ARMY sheets. We didnt sleep, we got eaten by Bed Bugs (yeah no kidding) and he was getting it free... so we went and got our own hotel and gave him the bill!... you know what he said? "I gave you a hotel room and it didn't cost you nothin'... just be happy you got anything!" He ended stiffing us anyway... his event got rained out and no one showed up! He couldn't afford to pay us anyway...thats when we started to post our experience online...so it never happens again.

So please understand why we have policies...

    thank you,

    John Stotts
